With an operator’s perspective on leadership growth, she leverages over 20 years of executive experience at global powerhouses including Paramount Global, Marriott International, and Pernod Ricard.

Throughout her career in media, hospitality, and consumer goods, Ann has been a catalyst for brand transformation and enterprise-level change. She has a proven track record navigating billion-dollar mergers and post-merger integrations, partnering with senior executives to maintain strategic focus and guide teams through high-stakes organizational shifts.

A Columbia University–trained executive coach (ICF-ACC) and Hamilton College graduate, Ann combines her deep corporate pedigree with specialized coaching methodology to help leaders—and the organizations they lead—realize their full potential and drive sustainable growth at the highest levels.
